The manager (Anna) of this facility is rude and unprofessional for the price of this facility it's not worth her attitude.

Hello Ms Foster, I am terribly sorry that you had a bad experience with Tower Self Storage. I admit that I do not recognize your name or the occasion when we may have spoken. Can you clarify when you may have visited the office or given us a call? I would like to speak with you and try to rectify any problems that may have occurred.
